Home Health RN Preceptor

The registered nurse preceptor is responsible for mentoring, orienting, educating, and training assigned personnel while evaluating their clinical competency to ensure quality care standards are met. This role also involves performing comprehensive client care, case management, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop goal-Centered care plans.

Candidates must possess a current, unrestricted registered nurse license in minnesota and have at least two years of experience in a healthcare facility or home care field. Applicants also need access to a dependable automobile, a valid driver's license, and must pass required background studies and screenings.
