Employment Counselor

The employment counselor provides individualized vocational support to adults, assisting them in discovering strengths, preparing for work, securing competitive employment, and maintaining job success through collaboration with various partners. Key duties involve consumer assessment, employment planning, job development, on-Site job coaching, and comprehensive case management documentation.

Candidates must possess either a bachelor’s degree in human services, education, or psychology, or a high school diploma plus two years of relevant experience in human services or education. A valid driver's license is required, and the role necessitates the ability to lift 30lbs, stand for periods, and maintain a flexible schedule for potential night and weekend work.
