School-Based Nurse (LPN)

The lpn will provide direct, one-On-One nursing care to an assigned student throughout the school day and during daily bus transportation, ensuring medical needs align with the student's individualized education program (Iep) and individual health plan (Ihp). Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring health status, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with educational staff to support student health goals.

Applicants must possess an active missouri licensed practical nurse (Lpn) license and current cpr and first aid certifications. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in pediatrics, school-Based settings, or with developmental disabilities, alongside successful completion of required background screenings.
