Impact Coach - Antioch **Temporary(6 months)

The impact coach ensures participants successfully access opportunities by learning their history, skills, vision, and needs to support them in charting a course out of poverty. Essential duties include case management, service coordination, leadership, and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with participants from intake through graduation.

Candidates must be innovative, take initiative, and possess a tolerance for ambiguity, alongside competencies in furthering justice and inclusion, service quality, accountability, and communication. This role requires occasional travel and proof of a valid driver's license, insurance, and acceptable motor vehicle report if driving is used for travel.
