Behavior Technician - Lodi

Behavior technicians work under the supervision of a bcba to implement behavior plans, helping clients acquire new skills in areas like communication, social skills, and life skills, while also reducing problem behaviors. Responsibilities include traveling to client homes or community settings, working one-On-One with children, incorporating families into therapy, and collecting accurate data and service notes.

Candidates must have a passion for helping special needs children and possess patience, reliability, organization, and great attention to detail. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while college credit, an associate's, or a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and obtain a negative tb test.
