Behavior Technician - Discovery Bay

Behavior technicians work under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) to implement behavior plans at a client’s home or community setting. They help clients acquire new skills and reduce problem behaviors while incorporating families into therapy sessions.

Candidates must have a passion for helping special needs kids and be reliable, organized, and detail-Oriented. A high school diploma is required, with preference for college credit or degrees, and experience in childcare or special needs is preferred.
