Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
Requirements summary

Applicants must also be able to pass a background check and meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds, while obtaining registered behavior technician certification within 45 days.
