TIWA Language Teacher Part Time

The teacher will prepare and deliver high-Quality, developmentally appropriate tiwa language lessons to children, youth, and adults across various settings, adapting instruction to individual student needs. Responsibilities also include documenting student progress, collaborating on curriculum development, and connecting language teaching with community and cultural activities.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged equivalent and must either have a minimum of three years of tiwa teaching experience or be a proficient native speaker of the tiwa language, with the program determining proficiency. A valid, unrestricted new mexico driver’s license is required, along with the ability to pass stringent background and drug screenings.
