Behavior Technician - Work with Kids - Training Provided

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include using evidence-Based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team, requiring a high school diploma or ged and being 18+ years of age. Applicants must also be able to pass physical requirements, obtain necessary certifications (Cpr/First aid/Tb test), and secure registered behavior technician certification within 45 days.
