Core responsibilities
The bcba will conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to create individualized behavior intervention plans, while also supervising and training registered behavior technicians and other staff members. Responsibilities also include collaborating with stakeholders and monitoring client progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree in behavior analysis and hold a bcba license through the bacb, along with experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and excellent team collaboration skills are also required.
