Behavior technicians will implement individualized behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) while collecting data to monitor treatment effectiveness. They will also support the bcba by training families on plan implementation and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess current/Active rbt certification, access to reliable transportation, and a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred but not mandatory.
