Hybrid BCBA - Serving Both Autism and Traumatic Brain Injury - AdvisaCare

The bcba will conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to create individualized behavior intervention plans, while also supervising and training registered behavior technicians and other staff members. This role involves collaborating with families and providers to ensure comprehensive treatment and monitoring client progress to adjust plans as necessary.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in behavior analysis and hold a bcba license through the bacb, along with experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and excellent communication skills are also required for effective teamwork and client support.
