The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on implementing these individualized treatment plans.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and possess a passion for working with children, along with a strong, reliable work ethic for a fast-Paced environment. Prior experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred, and reliable personal transportation is required.
