Youth & Teens Activities Lead

The lead will design and execute engaging, high-Energy weekly activities for youth and supervise flexible drop-In environments for teens, adjusting programming based on attendance and interest. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the coordinator, managing incidents professionally, and building meaningful connections with participants.

Candidates must have one or more years of experience working with youth aged 10-17 and be a minimum of 18 years old, with required cpr, first aid, aed, and child abuse prevention training within 60 days. A commitment to equal opportunity principles and the ability to pass a background check are also mandatory.
