Crew Coach

The coach is responsible for instructing student-Athletes in rowing fundamentals, strategy, and physical training to achieve individual and team success while fostering integrity and self-Confidence. This includes planning and attending all practices and regattas, professionally representing the school, and handling all administrative duties related to the crew squad.

Candidates must possess experience with all aspects of crew coaching, including boat preparation and on-Water coaching, alongside enthusiasm, commitment, and patience for teaching rowing. Required qualifications include current cpr/Aed and first aid certification, a valid driving license, and the ability to work afternoons and weekends, with training provided for driving school vans.
