Assistant Teacher

Assistant teachers partner with lead teachers to orchestrate stimulating learning environments and support the implementation of the proprietary l.e.a.p. Curriculum for various age groups. They are also responsible for prioritizing child safety, supporting family communication regarding progress, and collaborating with center staff to meet engagement goals.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma/Ged, with ece coursework preferred, and must meet all state-Specific guidelines for health, safety, and immunizations. Essential skills include proven judgment for risk identification, meeting children's daily needs (Like diapering and feeding), modeling social skills, and maintaining high levels of composure and physical resilience for active work.
