Youth Sports Referee (Southwest)

The referee is responsible for creating a safe, fair, and fun environment for youth sports by enforcing rules consistently, promoting sportsmanship, and ensuring player safety across basketball, soccer, volleyball, and flag football. This includes modeling positive behavior, communicating effectively with all participants, and assisting with game-Day operations like setup and emergency response.

Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years old and possess at least one year of experience in officiating, playing sports, or a similar role, with a willingness to learn new sports. Required certifications include cpr and first aid, which must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
