Core responsibilities
The coordinator delivers comprehensive academic advisement, coordinates educational opportunity program (Eop) transition and retention efforts, and supports first-Year advising initiatives to advance student success. This role also involves representing the college through outreach, workshops, recruitment, and collaboration with university partners to strengthen holistic student support.
Requirements summary
A minimum requirement is equivalent to graduation from a four-Year college or university, along with three years of progressively responsible professional student services work experience. A master's degree in a related field can substitute for one year of experience.
