YouthConnect Program Staff (Seasonal)

The staff member is responsible for planning, creating, and implementing a safe, inclusive, and active teen program that incorporates creativity and physical activities under the direction of the senior program director. Essential functions include planning and implementing program curriculum to support leadership development and fitness, ensuring participant safety through close supervision, and assisting with administrative tasks like attendance tracking and incident reporting.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess one to two years of preferred experience working with teens, along with the ability to multitask and work well independently and as a team. Required qualifications within 30 days of hire include completion of specific trainings such as cpr, first aid, aed, bloodborne pathogens, and child protection.
