Individual Supports Caseworker

The caseworker provides assessment and teaching of community living skills to developmentally delayed individuals to help them remain in their homes, delivering direct training in compliance with agency policies. Essential duties include conducting home visits, maintaining activity statistics and documentation, and representing the department in planning meetings for individual support plans.

Minimum qualifications include being 21+ years old with a high school diploma or ged, a valid driver’s license, and daily access to a car. Preferred candidates have a bachelor's degree in a related field with one year of experience, or 60 college credits and three years of experience in special education.
