Core responsibilities
This role involves actively managing a student caseload to drive retention, certification completion, and graduation progression by building trust, motivating students, and holding them accountable for their goals. Responsibilities include serving as a consistent point of contact, proactively addressing barriers, supporting resource referrals, and accurately documenting all student interactions and outcomes.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or ged is required, though an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 1-2+ years of experience in student services, advising, or a related field, preferably in proprietary post-Secondary education. Candidates must possess strong motivational skills, the ability to balance empathy with accountability, and comfort working in a metrics-Driven environment.
