Family Daycare Early Learning Specialist (Full time $18.50/ Hour)

The early learning specialist manages a caseload of 6-8 childcare providers, delivering educational materials and modeling behaviors to foster children's verbal, cognitive, and social-Emotional development for school readiness. Duties include traveling for home visits, participating in meetings, assisting with recruitment, completing developmental screenings, and ensuring timely data reporting.

Candidates must possess an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field, along with up to two years of experience working with young children or families, though an equivalent combination of education and experience is considered. A valid nys driver's license, registered/Insured vehicle, and nys child abuse registry clearance are mandatory.
