Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach

Full-Time • BridgeFit Personal Training

We train adults 40+. Small groups and 1-on-1. Strength training, functional movement, real coaching.

Pay: $20–$30/hour

What You’ll Do
Coach adults 40+ in small group and 1-on-1 sessions with consistent energy and attention to detail
Build real relationships — know your members’ names, their goals, their history, and what motivates them
Track progress carefully and deliver a training experience that feels personal every time
Show up prepared, professional, and ready to give your best — regardless of how you feel that day
Take feedback seriously and apply it — we have systems and standards, and we expect coaches to embrace both
