Direct Care for Children

Direct care staff are responsible for providing daily care, supervision, and support to children aged 5-17 in a therapeutic group home setting, focusing on creating stability and modeling positive behavior. This includes implementing treatment plans, supporting daily routines, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged. Essential requirements include passing background checks, drug screening, and a tb test, along with holding an active driver's license.
