The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). They are also responsible for collecting and analyzing data, providing caregiver training, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a related field such as Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or Psychology, along with current BCBA certification from the BACB. Required skills include strong communication, leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

The BCBA will provide direct services and oversee behavior intervention plans in home, community, and/or clinic-based settings. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Licensed or eligible for licensure as required by the state of Maryland Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
