Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA (PT)

The bcba will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervise registered behavior technicians (Rbts). They are also responsible for collecting and analyzing data, providing caregiver training, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field such as applied behavior analysis, special education, or psychology, along with current bcba certification from the bacb. Required skills include strong communication, leadership, problem-Solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
