The Lead Teacher will be responsible for bringing RAFT’s hands-on STEAM lessons to life for K-5 campers, adapting activities as necessary to maintain engagement. This role also involves managing a group of up to 24 campers, fostering a positive environment, and supervising support staff.
Candidates must possess a genuine interest in K-5 education, the ability to quickly learn and facilitate new materials, and strong organizational skills. Required qualifications include at least one year of teaching or program management experience, and holding a CBEST, valid California Teaching Credential, or being enrolled in a credential program.
