Dental Hygienist I

The dental hygienist will provide dental hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, and polishing, for patients at the university of louisville goodwill opportunity campus dental practice. Essential duties also involve determining vital signs, performing preliminary exams, exposing radiographs, and instructing patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention.

The minimum requirement is an associate degree in dental hygiene, licensure as a dental hygienist, and two years of related experience. Preferred qualifications include cpr certification and a dental hygiene license from the commonwealth of kentucky.
