Temporary - TRIO Upward Bound/TRIO Talent Search Resident Counselor

Counselors will live on campus to supervise 65-170 high school students in a team-Based residential setting, mentoring them and supporting their academic, social, and personal development. Key duties include enforcing policies, leading activities and workshops, managing emergencies, and monitoring student progress throughout the program.

The minimum requirement is a high school diploma and some college education, though additional experience may substitute for education. Preferred qualifications include experience working with high school students, some college completed, and supervisory or conflict resolution experience.
