Part-Time Lecturer, The University Honors Program

The part-Time lecturer will be responsible for teaching positions within the university honors program, covering courses such as the honors first-Year seminar (Hon 101), upper-Level interdisciplinary seminars, and other honors courses like windows on the world (Hon 202). Instruction may occur through in-Person, virtual, or blended formats, potentially including off-Campus field trips or travel.

A master’s degree is the minimum requirement for teaching undergraduate courses, although an earned doctorate is preferred. Applicants should ideally possess prior teaching experience, and the highest degree obtained must be in the field of study or a closely related field with clear justification of qualifications.
