Student Service Advisor for TRIO Grant

The student service advisor manages a caseload of students from acceptance through graduation, assisting with educational planning, academic advisement, progress monitoring, and connecting students to necessary support services like counseling and career services. This role is integral to facilitating student success as measured by persistence, retention, and completion rates.

A master's degree in student personnel administration, education, counseling, or a related field is required, along with at least one year of experience working in higher education. Preferred qualifications include experience in a trio federal program or similar support program for diverse populations.
