Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Full-Time

The role involves supporting individuals with autism in various settings by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments and implementing therapy sessions designed by a bcba. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing unbiased data and collaborating effectively with the clinical team and families.

Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and have consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance for in-Home services. New bts must be able to attend the 40-Hour rbt training and pass the rbt exam within 45 days of hire.
