Facility Lifeguard- Harker School

The facility lifeguard is responsible for constantly monitoring pool activities to ensure the safety and well-Being of all patrons, enforcing facility rules, and maintaining cleanliness in and around the pool area. This role also requires prompt response to emergencies by providing necessary first aid and cpr.

Minimum qualifications include current lifeguard, cpr, and first aid certifications from a recognized organization, the ability to swim proficiently, and being 18 years or older. Preferred qualifications involve prior experience in a school or community setting and knowledge of water safety techniques.
