Assistant Swim Coach

The assistant swim coach is responsible for developing important skills in young athletes such as communication, leadership, and responsibility while coaching the lifesaving skill of swimming. This role requires the ability to relate to young student-Athletes and possess knowledge of competitive swimming.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older, have participated in competitive swimming as a student-Athlete, and have experience working with children aged 7-18 as a coach or educator. Applicants must also be able to obtain necessary lifesaving certifications, though training is provided.
