Surgical Technology Instructor

This role involves instructing students in surgical technology, dedicated to excellence in teaching within a student-Centered learning community. The instructor is expected to participate in classroom research, outcomes-Based assessment, quality improvement, and faculty development activities.

Minimum qualifications require an associate degree and graduation from a caahep accredited surgical technology program or an associate degree in nursing, along with four years of full-Time operating room experience as a scrub technologist or or nurse including scrub experience. Applicants must also be a certified surgical technologist by nbstsa.
