Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will participate in and complete the 40-Hour rbt training program to develop skills in behavior analysis, while shadowing and assisting certified staff in implementing treatment plans. Responsibilities also include collecting data, engaging clients in therapeutic activities, and communicating progress with families.

Candidates must be willing to complete the rbt training program and attain certification, possess a high school diploma or ged, and be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain cpr certification before starting. A passion for working with children with special needs and a commitment to ethical standards are essential.
