Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data on client behaviors and progress. They will also engage clients in therapeutic activities and communicate progress and strategies to families.

Candidates must possess active rbt certification or meet the training/Experience prerequisites, along with a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with children with special needs. Additional requirements include passing a background check and obtaining cpr certification before the start date.
