Blue Ridge Job Corps Outreach & Admissions Counselor

The primary objective is meeting center and contract arrival goals through community outreach to attract eligible applicants for the job corps program, while also supporting student retention during enrollment. This involves determining basic eligibility, conducting screenings, and providing career-Based counseling to prospective enrollees.

Candidates must possess proficiency in advanced microsoft office applications and general computer literacy, along with knowledge of admissions and recruitment processes. A bachelor's degree in a related human services field or an associate's degree plus two years of related experience is required, along with two years of relevant experience.
