RN, Clinical Educator - Trauma Stepdown Unit and Neuro ICU

The clinical resource coordinator, a registered nurse, is responsible for the overall education, development, and training of clinical staff through collaboration with leadership, conducting educational programs, and developing materials. This role also involves providing hands-On training, evaluating competency, performing clinical care when necessary, and coordinating area-Specific quality processes.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing, possess a current tennessee rn license, and have a minimum of three years of clinical experience. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor of science in nursing, a master's degree in nursing or education, five years of department-Specific experience, and prior educator experience.
