RN, Clinical Educator - NW6 Ortho/Trauma - Neuro Surgical and NW9s Trauma/Surgical

The clinical resource coordinator, a registered nurse, is responsible for the education, development, and training of clinical staff through educational programs, material development, and outreach education. This role also involves providing hands-On training, evaluating competency, performing clinical care when necessary, and coordinating area-Specific quality processes.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of three years of clinical experience and current tennessee rn licensure, including required bls certification. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor of science in nursing, a master's degree, five years of department-Specific experience, and prior educator experience.
