RN, Clinical Educator - NW6 Ortho/Trauma - Neuro Surgical and NW9s Trauma/Surgical

The clinical resource coordinator, a registered nurse, is responsible for the education, development, and training of clinical staff through collaboration with leadership, which includes conducting educational programs, developing materials, and providing hands-On training. This role also involves coordinating area-Specific quality processes and may include direct and indirect patient care.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing with a bachelor of science in nursing required, and must hold current tennessee licensure, along with maintaining bls certification. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in nursing or education, three years of clinical experience, and prior educator experience.
