RN, Clinical Educator - Trauma Stepdown Unit and Neuro ICU

The clinical resource coordinator, a registered nurse, is responsible for the overall education, development, and training of clinical staff through collaboration with leadership, conducting educational programs, and developing materials. This role also involves providing hands-On training, evaluating competency, performing clinical care when necessary, and coordinating area-Specific quality processes.

Required education includes graduation from an accredited school of nursing, with a bachelor of science in nursing preferred unless approved otherwise, and a master's in nursing or education is preferred. Candidates must have three years of clinical experience, current tennessee rn licensure, and current bls certification.
