Core responsibilities

As a behavior technician, you will implement behavioral health and educational services using applied behavior analysis principles for individuals diagnosed with autism, related mental health disorders, and/Or intellectual disabilities in various settings. You will also receive supervision and training from behavior analytic or behavioral health supervisors through observation and team meetings.

Requirements summary

Minimum qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent and one to two years of direct experience working with children and families, along with the ability to obtain first aid and cpr certifications. Preferred qualifications include more experience in behavioral health, a relevant college degree, experience with autism/Developmental disabilities, and a valid ohio driver's license.
