Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will implement behavioral health and educational services using applied behavior analysis principles for individuals diagnosed with autism, related mental health disorders, and/Or intellectual disabilities in various group settings. This role includes receiving supervision and training from behavior analytic or behavioral health supervisors through direct observation and team meetings.

Minimum qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent and one to two years of direct experience working with children and families, along with the ability to obtain first aid and cpr certifications. Preferred qualifications include more experience in behavioral health, a relevant college degree, experience with autism/Developmental disabilities, and a valid ohio driver's license.
