Core responsibilities
The primary responsibility is implementing behavioral health and educational services using applied behavior analysis principles for individuals with autism or related disorders in 1:1, 1:2, or small group settings. This includes delivering instruction, implementing treatment plans, collecting and analyzing data, and participating in supervision and team meetings.
Requirements summary
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent plus three or more years of experience in behavioral health, human services, or mental health. Candidates must also be able to complete required crisis management training within 60 days of hire and possess the ability to work effectively with challenging client behaviors.
