Student Success Advisor

The advisor will provide high-Touch developmental retention outreach and support to approximately 600-650 students, collaborating with faculty advisors to facilitate smooth transitions and providing case management for academic and personal success. Duties also include preparing for and teaching college success seminar sections and coordinating designated special project areas.

A master's degree in higher education leadership, counseling, or a related field is required, along with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport and use proper judgment. Preferred qualifications include experience in student success, retention programming, or academic advising, especially with underrepresented populations.
