Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will work one-On-One with children providing aba therapy based on individualized treatment plans, focusing on teaching communication, daily living, and social skills. Responsibilities also include collecting data and collaborating with supervising bcbas while supporting families through consistent communication and training.

Candidates must possess at least one year of experience working with children who have autism or developmental disabilities. Essential requirements include strong communication, time management, organizational skills, and reliable transportation to reach client homes in the assigned territory.
