2 Year Old Lead Teacher

The teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons promoting exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking, while encouraging independence and collaboration through hands-On, play-Based learning. They must also build strong, positive relationships with children and their families and partner with staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements, with a child development associate (Cda) or an early childhood education degree being preferred. Previous experience in a licensed childcare center is required, along with strong communication skills and a nurturing, enthusiastic personality.
