Associate, Scoring Service

Responsibilities include evaluating responses to test questions for new york teacher candidates and internalizing scoring standards through participation in discussions and consensus scoring activities. Scorers must also recognize and discuss various types of bias and meet established quality and productivity requirements.

Candidates must possess a current teaching certification in the subject area and have recent teaching experience (Within the last three years) or be former educators from colleges/Universities who taught relevant content. Alternatively, applicants need a degree in the content area and relevant professional employment within the last three years.
