Associate, Scoring Service

The primary responsibility involves evaluating responses to test questions from california teacher candidates, requiring internalization of scoring standards and participation in consensus scoring activities. Scorers must also recognize and discuss various types of bias and adhere to established quality and productivity requirements.

For non-English examinations, applicants must generally be native speakers with a college degree or hold a graduate degree/Teaching credential in the appropriate language, or be an educator in that field. Applicants must also be california residents eligible to work in the us, possess basic computer skills, and maintain confidentiality.
