Assistant Coach – Men’s Lacrosse

The assistant coach assists the head coach in directing all phases of a nationally competitive men's lacrosse program, adhering to university, conference, and ncaa regulations, while providing individual instruction to student-Athletes. Key duties include organizing teaching sessions, maintaining an organized recruiting system for academically qualified athletes, and performing administrative functions supporting the athletic program.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in any field and 1-3 years of related experience. Essential requirements include maintaining constant awareness of student-Athlete well-Being, exercising a high level of public contact through various activities, possessing a valid driver's license, and demonstrating proficiency in streamlining work processes and executing paperwork.
